Twin Frog

Had lunch with The Frog today. We discussed the possibility of coverting a disused factory chimney (see below) in Hackney Wick into a dwelling. Instead of creating different floors linked by a staircase, we came up with a single floor, moved up and down by an hydraulic ram.
I had mushroom soup which was excellent.

What if your hydraulics develop one of these squeaks though? One of these squeaks that no oil can remedy. What about a trampoline from which you leap to your desired dwelling level through a central hole in each floor? As you get along in years this might not be such a good idea so for just 99 pounds more, you might want to consider an auto-firing trampoline capable of holding a seeker-of-another-floor and his zimmer frame.
Great portrait, Nad.
