I like your visual manifestation of the quote. By my own I would’ve imagined a glassy eyed person ethereally flapping his wings above regular people as if he’s somehow more elevated than general population. I like yours much better. He’s hanging in mid air; his wings are on the way. He’s not any better than common folks.

*Well, I may be way off. (suddenly feeling clumsy)
