Helping hand

A hand-arsed bird, a flaming monk, weird musical instruments...I need help to figure out what all this means. It came from my unconscious. Click pic to enlarge.
Watercolour 13.5cm x 9cm.

Based on the composition, I would say that the picture is a stage in which the confrontation between secular and non-secular beliefs are being played out with the music provided by non traditional instruments. Clearly the artist has defined his belief system with that which is undefined. Or you had elephant garlic and bad wine for dinner. Either way, it agrees with me aesthetically.

I don't know, don't have a clue what it means, but thoroughly enjoy looking at it.

Very Hieronymous Bosch like in style and composition - no one could work him out either.

Hi Ellis...regarding you'd like to see a photo of a cat nursing a squirrel, etc...all I did was Google
cat nursing squirrel and all kinds of sites came up. As for my illo...I didn't use a photo reference, only a nursing cat from a book I have as a ref for the position :)

Hop your consciousness is as interesting as your unconsciousness!

Reminds me of some of the really old cartoons when a character would land on the moon or mars and they would have such contraptions running about...
