This encapsulates my feelings towards my students' plagiarism. Ninety-nine percent of them don't actually have much to say for themselves (or for anyone else for that matter), they might as well cheat.
I don't tell them this of course, but I'm sure it's lodged somewhere in the intersubjective field.
