I realize what this is: a giant blob of ear wax and the device that removed it (Ouch!)...Plus, a cotton swab. You need to take better care in cleaning your ears or this is what will happen.
I think it's very clever how you've made the music resonate around the many tiny air-chambers of the hanging crumpet, no doubt leading to a richer and more carbohydrate sound. Bravo.
