Page from a home made sketchbook with a proof of a lino cut of a fiery snail (approx 5cm x 5cm). Pen and ink and wood engraving on Basingwerk cream paper. Click to enlarge.
So interesting! I keep lists of words too. I guess we are word geeks. Your list was curious (one of my children has verbal apraxia) and the fiery snail was an enigmatic addition. The embodiment of the irrational? Beautifully done and unique!

I LOVE lino cutting! That is one fiery snail :)
A snail that cooks itself? Bring. It. On.
Amazing lino cut. Love the snail and the movement across the page.
Very cool, I love the lino cut feel to it, and the whole effect. I assume he's a racinf snail.
